FAQ
How long does it take to export a used car from Japan?
Typically 4–8 weeks from winning the auction to arrival at the destination port, including Japanese de-registration, export certificate, booking and ocean transit. We prepare all export documents and translations.
Can you just source parts and ship them?
Yes. We source genuine, used and aftermarket parts and ship by EMS/DHL/FedEx for small orders, or LCL/FCL for bulk.
What does long-term storage include?
Indoor or fenced outdoor parking, monthly start-up and inspection, consumable replacement, shaken and tax handling, and hand-over when you arrive in Japan. Packages are flexible.
Can I pick up a rental car at the airport?
Yes. We deliver to Haneda and Narita airports and Shin-Yokohama station for a fee, or you can collect at our Yokohama office.
